Following a thorough review and consultation process with our network of insurance brokers we are pleased to announce the implementation of a new claims handling arrangement effective from Monday 5 December 2016.
QUS have worked with AIG to put in place a dedicated team of strata claims specialists to service the needs of our brokers and their clients. All new claims lodged from Monday 5 December 2016 will be handled by the new QUS-AIG claims team. The claims team will operate 8.30am to 5.00pm local time in your capital city and be supported by a 24 hour after hours claims service.
